On The End Of The Rope

Anxiety, fear, depression, all powerful forces that take the brain to the weakest places.

When you are at the end of your rope...hang on as tight as you can and get it swinging. We know how to do this from the playground as children. Hanging from a rope, get it going in all directions as far and as high as you can.

Now the tricky part, when you feel confident you will land in a safe and happy place, let go of the rope. Make sure you scream in delight as you fly through the air.
The fear and anxiety will be at the extreme when you go soaring and all you have to do is be faithful that as you come down to land...It will be ALL OK!

We may not be cats...but we can land on our feet!
